A movable board with figures on it is balanced on a stand. This immediately captures the group’s attention and captivates them. A metaphor with a wide range of possible interpretations emerges: bringing something into balance, creating equilibrium, experiencing interactions, but also dealing with risk and change.
Implemantation
As the workshop leader, there are no limits to your creativity when it comes to the number and type of scenarios. Below you will find a few tried-and-tested variations.
Basic information on assigning roles: The participants are divided into teams of 2–3 people. There are 2–4 teams per table. One person in each team, who is blindfolded, is the ‘mover’, who moves the pieces on the board.
