Our ScenarioCards – the tool for new perspectives, discussions and joint reflection – are entering the next round!
While we are working intensively on a diversity-sensitive revision, you can now order the current version with a 50% discount.
The cards you receive now were designed at a time when we had not yet sufficiently considered some perspectives. That is precisely why we are taking action now – together with a team of experts from a wide range of backgrounds, we are putting our tools to the test.
We are questioning stereotypes, reflecting on implicit messages and expanding our materials – so that in future, more people will be able to identify with our ScenarioCards and our diverse society will be better represented.
To help you use the current set mindfully, we provide a separate insert with reflection questions so that you can use the cards responsibly – and perhaps even use them as a conversation starter to raise awareness of issues such as representation, role models and language.
ScenarioCards 1 – Team & Organisation
The first edition of our ScenarioCards was created in collaboration with an international team of illustrators. In 50 pictorial metaphors, we have captured typical situations from team and organisational contexts – covering topics such as change, development, conflict, communication, resources, leadership and vision.
The cards invite you to look beyond the visible and engage in conversation with people – about experiences, motives and perspectives in everyday working life. They are versatile conversation starters for trainers, coaches, facilitators and anyone who works with groups on organisational development.
Important to know:
This first version of the cards does not reflect all perspectives of our diverse society – some images contain stereotypical representations or ‘blind spots’.
ScenarioCards 2 – Stereotypes & Diversity
Our second edition focuses specifically on topics such as diversity, stereotypes, prejudices, inclusion and intercultural communication. The 50 picture cards were created in close collaboration with a team of illustrators who translated complex topics into accessible metaphors.
ScenarioCards 2 enable differentiated work with intercultural learning processes – for example, when reflecting on critical incidents, culture shock experiences or cultural models. They help to make diverse perspectives visible and open up conversations that go beyond cultural differences and similarities.
And yet, the same applies here:
Not all perspectives were given equal consideration during development. This set also contains images that should be viewed critically from today's perspective.
The ScenarioCards are robust, waterproof and durable – they will reliably accompany you through many uses.
