Learning project
The group stretches out the FlyingCarpet together and manoeuvres one or two balls across the highly mobile, taut surface. The aim is to skilfully steer, pot, counter or perform other tasks. This activates the players' laughter muscles and, at the same time, demonstrates cooperation and interdependence within the team.
Implementation
At the edge: A ball must be guided once around the very edge of the FlyingCarpet.
Around: A ball must circle all the holes once and then be brought back to the starting point.
Competition: Players from Team A and Team B take turns standing around the FlyingCarpet and holding it. For one minute, Team A tries to get the ball into a hole, and Team B tries to prevent this. Then the roles are reversed: Team B tries to get the ball into the hole, and Team A tries to prevent this.
From below: One player is under the cloth and tries to figure out where the ball is. With a quick grab through one of the large holes, he/she tries to get hold of the ball and pull it down through the hole. The team at the cloth tries to prevent this.
Marked: Some of the holes are covered from below with round, labelled moderation cards. The ball must now be transported from one of these newly created stations to another.
