Learning project
Give space, be creative, play with team choreography. The Band lets your participants experience first-hand the feeling of being surrounded, supported and sometimes even moved by the team. Team body learning in perfection!
Implementation
Microcosm (MC): If you want to promote moments of genuine emotional encounter in your team, you need a protected space that surrounds everyone like a safe cave. Stand or sit comfortably in The Band with your group, lean back, feel the mutual support and discuss what needs to be discussed
Roundabout (RA): 4–16 people are in the taut Band. One person suddenly starts running and lets themselves be caught by the soft wall at another free spot; the next person follows, and so on. Once the group has developed a feeling for stabilising each other despite the dynamics, you can increase the speed. This creates highly dynamic team coordination.
Path of Change (PC): All participants stand in The Band. Now the group develops a logical system whereby each person changes their position within the cloth. Meanwhile, they have to cover a distance of approx. 30 m. Only with genuine team choreography will the group actually manage to cover the distance!
