Let's be honest: who really has an overview? In the battle of everyday tasks, it can often happen that we lose sight of the goal. Then everything goes haywire and no one knows which direction to take. How can we refocus on what is really important? PerspActive maps these everyday challenges for teams and their leaders. The learning project becomes solvable when we find answers to the central questions ‘Where are we?’ and ‘Where do we want to go?’
Implementation
Each participant takes one or two strings in their hand. The ball is inserted into the transport tube at the start and must now be moved by the group through skilful three-dimensional rotation of the PerspActive through the coils of the tube so that it leaves the tube at the other end of the opening and lands in the target box. The specific challenges here are to keep track of where the ball is and whether it is still heading in the right direction. This requires the team to activate all perspectives.
