ScenarioCards DEIB
DEIB stands for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging – a holistic approach to workplaces, learning environments and community spaces where everyone feels respected and included.
The 50 picture cards explore practical, everyday situations relating to issues such as mental health, neurodiversity, disability, religion, background or experiences of displacement. They are deliberately free of stereotypes – instead, they offer non-offensive alternatives that show what everyday situations with minimal discrimination can look like.
The set was developed in collaboration with students on the Master’s in Identity Design programme at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, as well as DEIB experts and with input from an international audience – a learning process for us that will never be fully complete.
It can be used as an icebreaker, exercise material or a building block in larger sequences, either on its own or in combination with other sets.
