Perhaps you already know and love this classic group dynamic game from the 1970s as much as we do. Our enthusiasm went so far that we developed it further. We added five new shapes to the five original ones. This means you can not only run our Team² with twice as many participants as before, but also adjust the level of difficulty by choosing simpler or more complicated shapes. This challenge will make even the best team sweat, because the task can only be solved through effective cooperation. The different coloured pieces are cut from Plexiglas using laser technology, giving them a very precise shape and making them comfortable to handle.
Implementation
The task is to assemble the differently shaped pieces into squares. The task is carried out silently according to specific rules and is only completed when each individual participant has a square of the same size in front of them on the tabletop. This requires genuine team spirit: there may be several possible solutions for individual squares, but the entire task can only be solved by a single possible combination of the pieces. Therefore, some team members can only complete their squares if others are willing to dismantle their already completed ones in order to exchange the urgently needed pieces. The message to your participants is clear: the focus of the task here is to subordinate the individual's goal to the team's success.
