Our FacilitationBalls have become popular tools for trainers and coaches. In response to popular demand, we have created a double pack set. To help you get the most out of your conversation starters, we present the tool here as both a feedback instrument and a coaching tool:

Area of application: feedback instrument

The moments immediately following a learning project are important for participants and trainers. This is when feelings are reflected upon and conclusions are drawn. The evaluation process gets underway... but only if it is properly guided. The FacilitationBalls help you to moderate the evaluation in a structured manner. Simply throw a few balls into the group. A participant with a FacilitationBalls comments on their experience, depending on the ball. Then they throw the ball on to the next participant with a different ball. This gets the reflection process going. They can also be used effectively at the end of a workshop if you want more authentic closing rounds. Following a specific system, the FacilitationBalls are thrown into the group at the end, and each participant can comment on a topic that is important to them.

Area of application Coaching tool:

Every trainer, coach and supervisor knows that asking the right questions is an art! Questions focus attention and act like a magnifying glass. They ‘enlarge’ what has been asked. For example, they help to shift the focus from a problem-oriented perspective to a solution-oriented one. Or they allow you to look at a topic from a greater distance. In this way, the coach and coachee can take a meta-perspective. Our two sets of FacilitationBalls act as a ‘hands-on language’. The coachee can thus ‘hold on’ to a question and be inspired by the haptic stimulus on another sensory channel. The use of FacilitationBalls in individual coaching or in small groups of 2–5 participants thus adds a new dimension to the ‘art of questioning’.
