Specialised components, a construction plan and a team that first has to agree on a course of action before they can even get started: Leonardo’s Dome encourages groups to build a dome together – with built-in breaks for fine-tuning and the question of how much faster they can do it next time. Whether with facilitators hidden behind a screen or as a reconstruction challenge without a plan: in the end, it’s not the quickest individual idea that counts, but the team that keeps sight of the bigger picture.
Implementation
The team does not see the building components at first. The group is given one of the building plans, which consists of a single structure. The group takes centre stage whilst you guide and observe the interaction.
This time, misprints from ‘Corridor of Colors’ are turned into something very special: a breathable, robust and wipeable carry bag for our latest tool.
